We’re going to review 7K Metals to see if it really is the best MLM program out there.
We’ll talk about whether Network Marketing (MLM) is the right online business for you.
And at the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding 7K Metals and Network Marketing in general.
But most importantly, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.
This system made me swear off MLMs for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!
7K Metals: Network Marketing Company?
I’m sure some of your friends or family members told you about a multilevel marketing organization and got you curious… Is 7k Metals a scam? Maybe you’re thinking if multilevel marketing is a legal business model or if it’s just another pyramid scheme.
So, here’s the deal…
The 7k Metals program is set up in such a way that you pay a yearly fee to join as a member so that you can buy their items (such as silver coins and precious metals) at wholesale prices, and then you make money by either selling those products or convincing others to join as well.
If I had to bet, either a friend or a family member told you about 7k Metals, praising it and saying how easy it is to make money, but you’ve also probably heard that pyramid scams have cost people a lot of money as well.
But, before you go in and get started, there are a few things you should know about this MLM company.
If you’ve made it this far, you’re definitely on the right track.
Is 7k Metals a scam?
Let’s have a look.
What Is 7K Metals About?
7k Metals was established in 2016 by a group of Idaho-based network marketing entrepreneurs. They apply the MLM business model to sell membership packages to people interested in precious metals, such as silver and gold coins, bars, and bullion.
Having said that…
The company’s goal is to greatly improve the lives of people all around the world. 7K Metals is dedicated to providing people with the resources they need to build wealth and achieve financial independence by investing in gold, silver, and other precious metals.
The men who got things started are:
- Zach Davis
- Richard Hansen
- Roger Ball
- Josh Anderson
We’ll cover these gentlemen a little later…
They strive to provide the most affordable precious metals to their members by only charging them what these metals cost them. 7K buys these precious metals, like gold bar and silver, for the lowest possible price from the world’s most reputable distributors.
Is 7K Metals a Scam or a Legit Company?
Just so you know… I’m not a member of 7K Metals.
I based the information I provided on what I found on the internet.
So with that said… 7k Metals is a legit network marketing company because you get something in return for your initial investment.
Moreover, I haven’t seen anyone online complaining about being scammed, so people believe it’s genuine. And, as for the company, it has strong team leadership, so you can expect they’ll be around for a long time.
However, there is something concerning about the technique of product distribution that I find unsettling. Since it’s only available to enrolled members, I’d prefer to see them sell memberships directly to people rather than through MLM business models.
You also make money by recruiting new members in the company so that they can purchase these precious metals at a discounted price.
And, since I’m not a fan of the MLM business structures and am unfamiliar with their products, I wouldn’t personally recommend 7k Metals to anyone.
But, having said that…
If you’ve worked with an MLM company before and are familiar with precious metals, you might want to give 7k Metals a try. However, before you go all in, do some research on the cost of this company’s metals on a global scale.
Joining 7k Metals can be well worth your time, if the price is right… Because if precious metals are your thing, you might like it.
So, let’s dig a little deeper.
7K Metals MLM Business Opportunity
How Does 7K Metals Compensation Plan Work?
7k Metals has a compensation plan known as a “binary” compensation plan.
It works like this…
You earn money by recruiting new members. Consider this pay scheme as an upside-down “V” with you at the very top. They will be either on your right or left side.
To determine how much you’ve sold, 7k Metals uses a point system:
- The associate either recruits new members to fund their $250 annual cost or pays it out of pocket (100 points)
- The associate buys coins and has them delivered automatically (25 points)
- You earn money by purchasing coins from affiliates with whom you have signed up.
- 7k Metals only pays on the lowest amount of your sales made
- There are two commission plans based on the sales of your team.
- If both your left and right sides have 500 points, you get $500 a week.
- If they have 1,000 points, you earn $1000 per week.
- Any number between 500 and 1,000 is reset the next week.
So you only have a week to reach 1,000 points or you’ll have to start over.
WTF?!
Of course, you must meet certain criteria to receive a payment from 7k Metals:
- Every month, you must earn at least 25 points.
- In a month, sign up at least 2 new members with a total of 25 points.
- Finally, there’s a 5% match bonus for anyone you sign up.
Is 7K Metals A Pyramid Scheme?
7k Metals does not allow retail sales. If you could convince non-affiliated customers to purchase precious metals, that would be fantastic. But that isn’t how it works… If you aren’t a member, you won’t be able to buy anything.
As a result, it appears that the product is not their prime focus.
You must sign up new members to generate money with 7k Metals.
Now, my “pyramid scheme” flags are raised here.
A pyramid scheme is described as a business that persuades you to join its program to profit rather than to sell its product.
However, because 7k Metals has good products, such as precious metals, they aren’t technically a pyramid scheme.
Technically!
If you’re still unsure, check out their BBB rating.
So What Are The 7K Metals Precious Metals Product Line?
7k Metals sells the following products:
- gold coins
- mint silver
- platinum, gold, and silver bars
The following is a breakdown of the pricing:
- Silver coins – $19-226
- Gold coins – $162-1,945
- Silver bars – $18.88/oz
- Gold bars – $155/oz
- Platinum bars – $966/oz
A kilogram of gold can cost up to $47,627.
You can also choose from a large selection of jewelry from 7k Metals.
In addition, 7k Metals has an agreement with a leading private safe company, ensuring that you have a secure location to store all of your valuables.
You can shop 7k Metals’ website for specific products at a member’s price, but you must be a US resident with a membership plan.
It simply means that you’ll need to know a lot of wealthy people with disposable to profit from these products.
I simply do not believe this is a sustainable long-term business plan.
Who Are The Owners Of 7K Metals?
The owners of 7k Metals, as mentioned earlier, are:
Zack Davis
Davis and Anderson have the most MLM company experience. Davis got his start in network marketing when he was in college, and he’s since helped a lot of people achieve their dreams. Since 2011, he and Anderson have run a separate MLM company called Black Ink International.
Richard Hansen
Hansen has been collecting and mining precious metals for the past 34 years and is a network marketing veteran.
Roger Ball
Ball is a well-known businessman. He was the founder and owner of JD Premium, which he closed in 2015. He formerly owned and operated JD Premium, which he sold in 2015. In 2012, he was also a member of a company called Paycation.
Josh Anderson
Anderson was 21 years old when he discovered network marketing. In his first year, he was able to establish a team of over 18,000 people, and in 2008, he was able to develop a team of 9,000 people in his first four months with another MLM company.
Anderson was named CEO of the company soon after, and he helped the group grow to over 26,000 members.
From 2009 until 2011, he served as the CEO of JD Premium, while Davis served as the company’s CMO. Personal care and nutrition products were their primary products.
For the most part, the leadership of 7k Metals is on par.
Can You Really Make Money With 7K Metals?
Yes, You can!
But…
There’s a lot that comes along with 7K Metals (and MLM in general) that many people struggle with.
In fact, check out these Top 5 Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail.
Now, don’t get me wrong…
You can certainly make money with Network Marketing (MLM), but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Membership Fees
1. Members
All members must select between the basic and premium membership options. The following is the pricing:
- Basic Membership: $249 per year
- Premium Membership: $449 per year
2. Travel Card
7k Metals will also demand you to purchase a travel savings card. The following is the pricing:
- Basic Membership: $250
- Premium Membership: $500
You may get the best travel deals monthly with this program.
Should You Join 7K Metals?
7k Metals is a network marketing company, so if that’s okay with you, you should look into it further. If you’re knowledgeable about MLM, this could be for you. Specifically for those who enjoy the idea of purchasing precious metals such as silver and gold.
But, if you are not interested in the MLM company, I would advise you to avoid 7k Metals.
And knowing the nature and cost of precious metals, they must be purchased with a particular quantity of money.
If this is the case…
Buying these products may not be in your best interest if money is an issue… Warm market prospecting will limit your ability to generate commissions if your circle of influence has money issues as well.
Pros & Cons
It’s usually a good idea to assess the advantages and disadvantages of any business opportunity… especially MLM. So here’s a list of things to think about:
Pros
- 7k Metals does not keep anything about its business model.
- They have a lot of leadership experience.
- Members have access to low-cost precious metals.
Cons
- You can’t buy anything unless you’re a member of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM).
- Maintaining membership is very expensive.
- Their selection of precious metals is limited.
It’s worth digging deeper into these cons…
1. The Cost
Investing in precious metals is risky, therefore do it at your own risk. Gold, on the other hand, is gold. So you can hold on to it if the market falls… and then sell it when the market rises again.
However, gold (and other metals) are still expensive, so don’t go overboard if you don’t have a lot of cash.
2. You Need To Sign Up As A Member To Buy Products
Their website does include a page that says you may “checkout as a guest,” but it’s a little misleading because you can’t actually buy metals as a “guest.”
Once you’ve chosen what you want to buy, you must submit the name of the member who recommended the site to you.
To purchase any line of products, you will eventually have to pay a membership fee.
3. The Auto-Ship Program Is Mandatory
Whether you choose a product or not, you must sign up for auto-delivery in order to keep your member status.
Now, if precious metals sell like hotcakes, this may not be an issue, but you’re likely to be stuck with unsold inventory.
Isn’t that crazy?
Now you can see why the majority of members lose money.
4. Most Members Fail
The great majority of its members (up to 98 %) of most MLM companies fail or quit.
And, because 7k Metals is still relatively new, I expect some of its members will eventually quit as well.
Now, if you can sell ice to an Eskimo and enjoy MLM, you could have a chance…
But most people that got in at the beginning, on the other hand, are the ones who make the most money.
5. Products Exclusive For Members Only
Maybe it’s just me, but limiting members to 7k Metals for precious metal purchases sounds illogical. It just sounds shady if you have to spend a large sum of money up front to become a member before you can buy anything else.
6. Very Limited Market
It’s obvious that the precious metals market is small, and given the current state of affairs, it may even be shrinking… 7k Metals also confirmed this.
It’s difficult to sell gold and silver. People don’t buy them for fun; they’re primarily purchased for long-term profit. But how can you make money while the market is dropping?
You might be able to convince people to buy gold bars and precious metals, but would they actually do so?
To me, it looks too risky, especially if you are unfamiliar with gold trading.
7. Affordable Products Sold Out
It’s obvious that the precious metals market is small, and given the current state of affairs, it may even be shrinking… 7k Metals also confirmed this.
It’s difficult to sell gold and silver. People don’t buy them for fun; they’re primarily purchased for long-term profit. But how can you make money while the market is dropping?
You might be able to convince people to buy gold bars and precious metals, but would they truly do so?
To me, it appears to be far too risky, especially if you are unfamiliar with gold trading.
My Final Thoughts
Despite the fact that 7k Metal appears to be a legitimate company with excellent management, it is still a multilevel marketing company… And believe me when I say that making money with mlm is not easy.
The thought of approaching your friends and family with the prospect of either buying silver and gold from you or recruiting them into your business model, and blame you later on for not succeeding and lost money will result in awkward holidays and family reunions.
So, here’s what I’d recommend…
What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2021?
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where 7K Metals falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this!
Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true?
Of course it does!
But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How do you get paid and how much?
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
- Your upline getting paid before you
- Begging your friends and family to buy from you
- Recruiting people all the time
But as it is with 7K Metals… You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the 7K Metals group in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike 7K Metals, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike 7K Metals, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…
