8 Figure Dream Lifestyle: What Is It?

You might wonder, “Is the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle a Scam?” if that’s so then you’ve come to the right place!

We’ll take a look at 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle to see if it’s the greatest multi-level marketing course around.

We’ll even discuss whether or not multi-level marketing is the best internet business for you.

Lastly, I’ll answer some of the most common questions about 8fdl and multi-level marketing in general.

And most important, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000.00 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made me turn off multi-level marketing for good because it uses some of the same internet marketing skills in a far more powerful and profitable way.

8 Figure Dream Lifestyle And FTC

Figure Dream Lifestyle LLC / OEA LLC (Online Entrepreneur Academy) Sued By FTC For Telemarketing Fraud

During my research for this 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle review, I discovered that on June 12, 2019, the FTC sued 8fdl, it’s Online Entrepreneur Academy spinoff, and its owners for telemarketing fraud against consumers.

John Bain, Alex Dee (aka Alex S. Dowlatshahi), Brian Kaplan, and Jerrold Maurer are among the 8fdl officers named in the lawsuit (aka Jerry Maurer).

The FTC’s lawsuit names all of these officers as defendants, as well as 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle LLC, JL Net Bargains, OEA LLC (dba Online Entrepreneur Academy), and Spirit Consulting Group.

The Scott Miller Connection

I found multiple articles linking 8 Figure Dream with Tidom after doing more research on 8fdl on the internet.

Tidom, Inc. is owned by Scott Miller. Miller was a leading person in the $1.8 billion TelexFree Ponzi scheme.

Tidom Inc. and Miller are not named as defendants in the FTC’s case.

Lawsuit Quick Facts

FTC Lawsuit Quick facts

  • Plaintiff, the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), alleges the following in their Complaint:
  • Since at least January 2017, the defendants have been marketing and selling illegal money-making opportunities to customers under the names 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle and Online Entrepreneur Academy.
  • They’ve used a range of tactics including robocalls (unlawful telephone calls that are pre-recorded), text messages, live phone calls, ad posts on the internet, social media, emails, and live events.
  • In their marketing, defendants have made several misleading or unsupported earnings statements.
  • The defendants who advertised the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle scheme stated that average clients with no prior skills or expertise would get $5,000 to $10,000 in 10 to 14 days and $10,000 or more on a regular basis within 60-90 days of enrolling.
  • They’ve advertised 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle as a “franchise-like” opportunity, informing customers that all they have to do to succeed is follow Defendants’ “tested business model” or “blueprint for success.”
  • In order to attract new members to the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle platform, these defendants created or caused others to conduct illegal robocalls. The majority of customers who paid $2,395 to $22,495 to join 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle never made a significant income, let alone lived an “8 figure” lifestyle. They’ve wasted their savings, and many have accumulated up credit card debt.
  • Defendant Dee boasted in an early 2018 marketing video for 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle that he and Defendants Kaplan and Maurer had earned more than $6.5 million from over 500 customers in less than two years, that the program had paid out “over $25 million in fees,” and that the program had over 1,800 customers.
  • Rather than going to trial to clear their names, the defendants in the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle case settled with the FTC.
  • Under the terms of the settlement, John A. Bain, Alex Dee (aka Alex S. Dowlatshahi), Brian M. Kaplan, and Jerrold S. Maurer will each accept a $31.9 million judgment.
  • The FTC has cited the following violations against consumers:
  • “Unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce” are prohibited under Section 5(a) of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. 45(a).
  • Section 5(a) of the FTC Act prohibits deceptive acts or practices, which include misrepresentations or omissions of material facts.

Can I Make Money In A Network Marketing Company?

Can You Make Money With It

It’s a shame that scam companies like 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle and TeleFree tarnish the network marketing industry and cause people to overlook this very profitable business opportunity presented by legitimate companies.

Yes, as a Network Marketer, you may earn money. However, there are several aspects of Network Marketing, as well as affiliate marketing, that many people struggle with.

In fact, check out our Top 5 Reasons Why Networkers Marketers Fail.

Is 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle A Scam? A Pyramid Scheme?

Well, it’s very evident now that the company is a scam utilizing MLM as a front to hide its pyramid scheme.

From what we now know, it’s simple to conclude that they were a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Is it still possible to make money with an MLM, despite certain similarities to a pyramid scheme?

You can undoubtedly make money in MLM, but if you’re going to put in the effort to become a network marketing associate (which, believe me, isn’t simple), you might as well make some serious cash.

The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000.00+ per month teaches some of the same direct selling skills but shows you how to monetize them in a much MUCH more profitable way.

The Red Flags

Take a look at the red signs that were already present at the time…

You’d assume that back when they still had a website, their website would offer their products directly on the landing page, but they didn’t.

You won’t be able to find out anything about any of the products or services they sell, and the only thing you can buy is an affiliate membership.

I was able to find on their website that 8fdl claimed to be a multi-level marketing program and the #1 online business for professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and retirees.

Is Internet Network Marketing Business Legitimate? Or Is It A Scam?

No.

Building a profitable and successful online business is totally achievable however.

My #1 pick proves this.

But, unlike 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle, it genuinely delivers real proof of genuine success from real people who have just been successful a few days ago.

Even if you’re dead set on being an MLM salesperson, you have a lot more possibilities than 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle.

Keep in mind that I am not paid in any way to promote the programs I review. MLM is a good business model, but in my opinion, however, you may be leaving a lot of money on the table.

What Products Did 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle Sell?

No physical or digital products were sold or rented. The 8fdl affiliate membership was the only thing their affiliates could market.

If you join 8fdl, recruiting and persuading others to join will be your exclusive source of income.

Because there was no actual product, a member had no other way to make money than by marketing the 8fdl affiliate membership.

This was a big red flag that it was a pyramid scam.

How To Start With 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle?

There were five membership packages available to pick from if you wanted to join 8fdl’s business platform:

Basic Package

The price is $2,000 plus a $195 licensing fee.

This includes a meditation series, marketing modules, flyers, the law of attraction, and self-esteem tips.

Fee Builder Package

The price is $3,500 plus a $295 licensing fee.

Fitness-related training materials, weight-loss tips, motivational materials, and other resources were included.

Advanced Package

The total price is $6,500 plus a $395 licensing fee.

There were 25 training videos on how to encourage visitors to visit your sales page.

Pro Package

The price is $12,500 plus a licensing fee of $445.

Instructions on using YouTube for traffic, email marketing, list building, webinar hosting, and other topics were included.

VIP Package

The price is $22,000 plus a $495 licensing fee.

Webinars, podcasts, video sales, email copy, and social media blueprints are all included.

Even at Tier 1, the packages are incredibly overpriced and do not represent good value for money.

However, if you look carefully at what these programs have to offer, you can get free information ONLINE if you look in the right places.

A member will be sold more tools after joining the program than they claim you’ll need to run the business. These are not free tools.

  1. Phone Dialer System – Pay as you need it, with an average of $500 per week (depends on how many leads you want to work with)
  2. Texting System –Pay as you need it, with a monthly average of $50.
  3. Email (Aweber) – $19 per month
  4. Website/Funnel – $95 per month
  5. Virtual Assistant – $250 per month

The 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle Compensation Plan

Their Fraudulent Compensation Plan

As I mentioned earlier, the only product you could buy on the brand’s platform was an income opportunity.

You’ll be exposed to a uni-level compensation system when you join the company as an affiliate, which allows you to receive cash gifts.

This cash was allocated among members on a 1-up system, with five tiers to choose from:

  1. Tier 1 — $2000
  2. Tier 2 — $3500
  3. Tier 3 — $6500
  4. Tier 4 — $12,500
  5. Tier 5 — $22,000

The first commission you receive from their cash gifting activities goes to the person who recruited you.

If you want to keep all of your commissions, you’ll have to upgrade to Tier 5, which costs $22,000 and allows you to keep everything you earned instead of passing it on to other people.

It’s also worth remembering that you can only earn by purchasing the tiers.

Tier 1 is the only tier for which you can receive $2,000 if you pay it in full. As a result, you will not be able to earn a commission if your recruit purchases a Tier 2. Tier 2 must be purchased by you in order to receive the commission.

As you can tell…this definitely SUCKS! If you want to make some REAL MONEY online that doesn’t require you to spend thousands of dollars on something the FTC took down…check this out!

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2023?

Our review team has discovered a game-changing program in the real estate industry!

It’s all digital, even if it’s not real estate in the traditional sense.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Scalability is an area where Network Marketing falls short.

There’s only so much time in a day, and you can only sell to so many people on your own.

MLM companies are well aware of this. That’s why they make it so difficult for you to recruit for your downline… As a one-person show, you won’t be able to make a lot of money.

But what if you could generate even more money from small local websites without spending hundreds of dollars on overpriced products or spending a lot of time recruiting individuals to sell for you?

You may make recurring monthly income with our digital real estate program without having to constantly sell to your friends or recruit new members!

Does it seem too good to be true?

It certainly doe

However, this isn’t the case…

In fact, many business owners wish they have this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website, then forward the job listings to a local business owner, or even email them!

This works for any service-based business, such as tree service, plumbing, towing, and so on.

How and how much do you get paid?

Simple, when you have forwarded the jobs to a business owner and he has profited from them, you simply ask to make the deal mutually beneficial.

10-20% is a reasonable price to charge per lead, depending on the industry… Let’s take the tree service industry as an example and assume the worst-case scenario.

Assume you build and rank the site, but only receive 10 job applications per month. The average tree service job costs between $500 and $2000!

That means you have a monthly asset worth at least $500!

See why it’s now referred to as “digital real estate”?

That is a rent payment.

The best part is how simple it is to scale. You don’t need to be concerned about:

  • Your upline getting paid first
  • Forcing your friends and family to buy from you
  • Recruiting people all the time

Do you remember the 8-Figure Dream Lifestyle? If you meet a monthly quota, you’ll get whatever’s left of the pie…

The course we recommend enables you to obtain Huge FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!

Making money online is taken to a whole new level with this training program. With the occasional voice over while he is sharing his screen, the program’s owner leads you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand.

You’ll discover the value of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, and more.

You will also get access to a Facebook group once the training program is done.

Unlike the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle, where you would make $500 each sale, you may get 10-20X THAT with this business.

6 Figures In 70 Days

A company will always desire additional leads and another job. It doesn’t matter that the job isn’t related to their website name; they recognize it for what it is…expanding digital real estate.

In comparison to the 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle, more people have been able to leave their 9-5 jobs.

Digital real estate allows you to earn a full-time income while spending the majority of your time with your friends rather than selling to them.

Now, I’m sure you have a lot of questions…
