Stem Tech Review: What Is Stemtech?

Stemtech is an MLM company that specializes in health and wellness and develops its own stem cell products.

It was founded in 2005 by Christian Drapeau, Greg Newman, and Ray Carter Jr.

At the time, however, they were only selling products directly to consumers.

It wasn’t until 2009 that they became an official multi-level marketing company.

They began recruiting members to sell their products in exchange for commissions.

Their main office is in Florida, but they also have branches in the following countries:

  • The United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • South Africa (SA)
  • Malaysia
  • Belgium

Stem Tech MLM Review: How Did Stemtech Started?

Christian Drapeau, a scientist, has spent many years observing the obvious health benefits of a remarkable freshwater plant.

These positive findings piqued the young neurophysiologist’s interest, and he began an intensive investigation into the phenomenon.

Initial findings from this study prompted him and Dr. Gitte Jensen to propose a fascinating theory that includes adult stem cells and how isolated extracts of this aqua-botanical appeared to optimize stem cells’ natural behavior in the body.

The two scientists met with Howard Newman, owner of Desert Lake Technologies (DLT), who has thorough aquaculture experience and harvested this aqua-botanical raw material in the year 2000.

This team embarked on a radical, new way of thinking about how the body maintains its health, with the vision, skill, and courage required.

The theory started to take on a life of its own as it used science to uncover nature’s secrets.

In 2002, the theory was published in the medical journal Medical Hypotheses. Other scientists from around the world kept publishing research that backed up what Drapeau and Jensen believed they had discovered.

These inventors were granted a US patent in 2004, and subsequent internal and external studies backed up their claims.

Desert Lake Technologies was now prepared to move beyond research and development and bring the concept and product to market in 2005.

Ray Carter Jr. suggested, and the team agreed, that StemTech Health Sciences be formed so that the product could be launched.

Ray Carter Jr. suggested, and the team agreed, that StemTech Health Sciences be formed in order to launch the product.

Mr Carter

Mr. Carter Jr. agreed to the request of the company to organize and run the new company, with a fall market pre-launch planned.

StemEnhance is a revolutionary, natural botanical extract that promotes wellness by assisting your body in maintaining healthy stem cell physiology.

It is the first product in the new phytoceutical product category known as “stem cell enhancers” to hit the market.

The ingredients in StemEnhance help to promote the release of stem cells from the bone marrow into the bloodstream if you take two capsules.

These stem cells are then naturally transported to areas of the body where they are most needed.

The StemEnhance formulation is patented and the first of its kind on the market.

Is Stemtech Based In The United States?

What Are Stem Cells?

Stem cells are cells found throughout the body that can change into a variety of different cell types. They act as the body’s repair system.

What Are Stem Cell Enhancers?

Adult stem cells are extracted from the bone marrow with the use of stem cell enhancers, which are available for purchase on the internet.

According to proponents, these powerful cells will travel through the body, restoring total health to the weak and aging organs.

According to user testimonials, the enhancers relieve hot flashes and heartburn, ease withdrawal from addictive drugs, and cure chronic back and knee pain.

Do Stem Cell Supplements Work?

The following are some people’s opinions on whether stem cell supplements work.

Professor Paul Knoepfler, Ph.D

Stem cells have attracted wide attention, but only some of it is legitimate.

Manufacturers of stem cell supplements claim that taking or drinking them will improve your health by activating your stem cells.

According to my research, there is no strong evidence to support these claims.

Stem cell supplements may also be risky.

Health Science Authority (Singapore Government Agency)

There have been no published clinical studies or scientific evidence that stem cell-based health supplements can help prevent or treat medical conditions like cancer or diabetes.

Stemtech Review: Is Stemtech An MLM? Is it Legit Or A Pyramid Scheme?

Stemtech is not a Pyramid scheme.

Members of the company profit from the sale of nutritional products without having to recruit new members into the system.

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid is a business model in which members are compensated for bringing new members into the system.

They will be able to earn more money if they can recruit more members. Rather than typical product and service sales, this is the company’s major focus.

As a result, many governments and countries worldwide have already banned these businesses since it is impossible for all of its members to earn from a company that pays for recruitment.

Stemtech Controversies

The company had some challenges over the years that newcomers should be aware of.

Stemtech’s financial struggles began in 2012, when Cerule, the company’s product provider, StemEnhance, failed to produce an adequate quantity of this product.

As a consequence, Stemtech was unable to fulfill its clients’ orders and, as a result, Cerule was unable to be paid.

Stem cell photographer Andrew Paul Leonard won a copyright infringement lawsuit against Stemtech in 2013. Leonard was forced to pay the company $1.6 million.

It was beset by financial difficulties in the years that followed.

Stemtech has been unable to pay for goods, and it began resorting on loans totaling more than $8 million.

It was followed quickly by the acrimonious departure of one of the company’s co-founders in 2016.

The termination of Stemtech’s contract with Cerule and the company’s refusal to pay the amount owed aggravated the company’s problems.

As a result, Cerule filed a lawsuit against Stemtech.

Dr. Drapeau’s departure became even more bitter when he founded a company that resembled Stemtech.

Stemtech distributors and executives left the company to follow Drapeau.

However, the company’s problems were far from over.

It was forced to issue for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2017.

It was converted to a Chapter 7 the following year.

Carter Jr. left Stemtech in early 2019.

Stemtech Review: Pros & Cons

Stemtech Pros and Cons

Pros

High Level Of Customer Satisfaction

As you can see from the Amazon Customer Reviews, they have a lot of satisfied customers. This proves that their products are both effective and safe.

Unique Product

Stemtech has one of the unique product lines in the multi-level marketing industry.

Compared to other health and wellness MLM companies’ efforts to improve overall health, its health and wellness products are centered on stem cells.

Cons

MLM Business Model

Multi-level marketing can be a profitable business, but only a small percentage of those who try are successful. Why? Because it is flawed to begin with.

It attracts people who have never previously run a business or sold anything.

It has the potential to attract dishonest people who prey on others.

MLM, too, has an image problem.

Although not all businesses that use this business model are pyramid scams, distinguishing between a legitimate business and a scam can be difficult.

Expensive Enrollment Fee And Products

All of Stemtech’s business packs are expensive, except for the Starter Business Kit ($35).

Aside from the fact that not all businesses that use this business model are pyramid scams, it can be difficult to tell the difference between a legitimate business and a scam.

Stemtech’s products, like those of other MLMs, are quite pricey.

Despite being somewhat unique, Stemtech’s products are likely to be incredibly expensive for many people.

Lack Of Income Disclosure

Stemtech does not disclose its income.

This is important because it shows that members are earning money. There are none in this case.

As a result, it is safe to assume that their members are not well compensated.

Hidden Monthly Expenses

You must sell at least $100 in Stemtech products each month in order to reach 100 PV.

If you cannot meet this quota, you will be forced to buy the products for personal use if you wish to remain an active member.

MLM members have no idea they are the company’s largest customer base because they are required to purchase its products regularly.

Stemtech Review: My Recommendation

My Recommendation

Stemtech is a legit company that sells stem cell products that are scientifically and medically effective, but their prices are high.

And neither their business prospects nor their compensation plan look promising.

It is obvious that the only way to make money is to recruit as many members as possible.

There are a plenty of other business opportunities that provide a consistent and long-term income.

What Is Our #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online?

Passive Income

Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!

Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Where Stemtech falls short is in scalability.

There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.

MLM companies know this!

Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.

But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?

With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!

Sound too good to be true?

Of course it does!

But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!

This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.

How Do You Get Paid And How Much?

Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.

A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.

Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!

That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!

See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.

The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:

  • Your upline getting paid before you
  • Begging your friends and family to buy from you
  • Recruiting people all the time

Remember with Stemtech, you only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…

The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!

The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.

You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.

Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Stemtech MLM in our opinion. This group is much more active.

Unlike Stemtech, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.

A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.

Unlike Stemtech, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.

Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.

Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…

So, check this out to learn more.
