Vasayo MLM Review: What Is Vasayo?
Vasayo MicroLife Nutritionals is a Network Marketing company that sells a variety of health and weight loss supplements.
They want to address a major problem that they claim many traditional nutritional supplements have: poor absorption.
Dallin and Karree Larsen, the company’s founders, officially launched Vasayo in January 2016.
Vasayo was founded a year after Dallin and Karree Larsen’s previous multi-level marketing (MLM) company, MonaVie.
Their headquarters are in Utah, which is located in the United States.
What Happened To MonaVie?
Dallin Larsen founded MonaVie, a now-defunct American multi-level marketing company that manufactured products made from blended fruit juice concentrates, powders, and purées.
The company was involved in a number of controversies.
Health claims made for its products had not been scientifically verified or approved by regulatory authorities, and the company’s chairman had previously been associated with false health claims made for another beverage company.
According to Forbes, an American business magazine, MonaVie’s business model resembled a pyramid scheme.
After failing to repay a US$182 million loan, the company went into foreclosure in 2015.
Jeunesse Global acquired MonaVie’s assets when it purchased the note for $15 million.
Vasayo Review: Company History
Dallin Larsen has a depth of experience in the network marketing industry.
He founded Monarch Health Sciences in 2003 as a distributor of diet and weight loss supplements after holding senior executive positions with MLM companies Dynamic Essentials and USANA.
Monarch Health Sciences introduced MonaVie juice in January 2005, and MonaVie LLC/MonaVie Inc., a privately held MLM company based in South Jordan, Utah, was founded the following year.
The newly formed company bottled, distributed, and marketed MonaVie juice products.
MonaVie was also the founder of the non-profit charity organization The MORE Project.
MonaVie products were sold by distributors, who were paid commissions depending on product sales.
Individual distributors were encouraged to create their own sales networks by recruiting on additional distributors to promote their products (known as a “downline” in multi-level marketing jargon).
Additional commissions could have been paid to the recruiter based on sales made by their downlines.
Vasayo MLM Review: Vasayo Products
Liposomes are allegedly used in Vasayo’s nutritional supplements to deliver nutrients to the body without allowing the digestive system to break them down.
Liposomes are intended to improve supplement efficacy by providing a more efficient and advanced delivery technology.
Vasayo products are divided into two categories:
- Microlife Core Complete
- V Tox
- Neuro Caps
- Beléza Serum
- Beléza Rejuvenating Cream
- Beléza Hydrating Mist
Vasayo Review: Is Vasayo A Legit MLM Business Or A Scam?
There will be some skepticism, as with any multi-level marketing company.
- Is Vasayo a pyramid scam?
- Is the business legitimate?
- Is it possible to earn money?
All of these are reasonable concerns that prospective members have.
Simply put, despite employing an MLM structure similar to a pyramid scheme, Vasayo is not a scam.
Some direct sales companies use multi-level marketing (MLM) to inspire existing distributors to recruit new distributors by paying them a share of the sales of their new recruits.
MLM schemes can have hundreds or thousands of members worldwide, but only a tiny portion of them earn significant earnings, suggesting the possibility of a pyramid scheme.
While many MLM practices are legal, the FTC has been investigating MLM companies for decades and has discovered many with suspicious legal practices, exposing many of them as a disguised pyramid scheme.
When determining the legitimacy of an MLM company, one factor to consider is whether it sells its products primarily to consumers or to its members who must recruit new members to purchase their products.
If the former is true, the company is certainly a legitimate MLM business.
If the latter is true, the business could be a pyramid scheme.
Vasayo Review: Is Vasayo A Scam or Pyramid Scheme?
Vasayo is not a pyramid scheme in the typical sense.
A pyramid scheme is defined as a transaction in which only money is exchanged with no investment or product involved.
People cannot legally accuse the Vasayo business opportunity of being a pyramid scheme because it involves tangible products.
The question now is whether it is a pyramid scheme in disguise.
As stated in the previous heading, if a company focuses on selling products to recruits rather than outside consumers, it is most likely a pyramid scheme disguised as a business.
Based on these descriptions, is Vasayo one of them?
We’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

Vasayo Review: The Pros And The Cons
Although the supplement industry is known for making exaggerated claims, legitimate science supports the benefits of most Vasayo product ingredients as well as the effectiveness of a liposomal delivery method.
Several studies have found that these ingredients have health benefits.
Their multi-level marketing (MLM) products are among the best in the industry.
Their MonaVie company was plagued by lawsuits, false advertising, and copyright infringement.
They increased their revenue to $854 million, but due to all of the settlements they had to pay out, they went bankrupt and defaulted on a $182 million loan.
Vasayo MLM Review: Conclusion
This is not the business for you if you’re looking for a way to make a significant amount of money, enough to cover your living expenses.
This is not the business for you if you hate having to pressure or beg family, friends, and coworkers to listen to your product presentations or even buy from you.
It is more advisable to look for other income opportunities besides this MLM business.
What Is Our #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online?
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Vasayo falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this!
Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How Do You Get Paid And How Much?
So, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and closes the deal, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for him AND you.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
- Your upline getting paid before you
- Begging your friends and family to buy from you
- Recruiting people all the time
Remember Vasayo? You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Vasayo MLM in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike Vasayo, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike Vasayo, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
Now, we know you probably have tons of questions…
