Dallin and Karree Larsen, the company’s founders, officially launched Vasayo in January 2016.
Vasayo was founded a year after Dallin and Karree Larsen’s previous multi-level marketing (MLM) company, MonaVie.
Their headquarters are in Utah, which is located in the United States.
What Happened To MonaVie?
Dallin Larsen founded MonaVie, a now-defunct American multi-level marketing company that manufactured products made from blended fruit juice concentrates, powders, and purées.
The company was involved in a number of controversies.
Health claims made for its products had not been scientifically verified or approved by regulatory authorities, and the company’s chairman had previously been associated with false health claims made for another beverage company.
According to Forbes, an American business magazine, MonaVie’s business model resembled a pyramid scheme.
After failing to repay a US$182 million loan, the company went into foreclosure in 2015.
Jeunesse Global acquired MonaVie’s assets when it purchased the note for $15 million.
Vasayo Review: Company History
Dallin Larsen has a depth of experience in the network marketing industry.
He founded Monarch Health Sciences in 2003 as a distributor of diet and weight loss supplements after holding senior executive positions with MLM companies Dynamic Essentials and USANA.
Monarch Health Sciences introduced MonaVie juice in January 2005, and MonaVie LLC/MonaVie Inc., a privately held MLM company based in South Jordan, Utah, was founded the following year.
The newly formed company bottled, distributed, and marketed MonaVie juice products.
MonaVie was also the founder of the non-profit charity organization The MORE Project.
MonaVie products were sold by distributors, who were paid commissions depending on product sales.
Individual distributors were encouraged to create their own sales networks by recruiting on additional distributors to promote their products (known as a “downline” in multi-level marketing jargon).
Additional commissions could have been paid to the recruiter based on sales made by their downlines.

The Pros
Although the supplement industry is known for making exaggerated claims, legitimate science supports the benefits of most Vasayo product ingredients as well as the effectiveness of a liposomal delivery method.
Several studies have found that these ingredients have health benefits.

The Cons
