Then this article is for you!

This Younique Review is a great place to start your investigation.

We’re going to review Younique to see if it’s one of the best MLM companies out there.

We’ll discuss whether multilevel marketing (MLM) is the ideal online business for you.

Lastly, I’ll answer some of the most common questions about Younique and networking marketing in general.

Most importantly, I’ll teach you the exact system I used to grow my internet marketing business to over $40,000 in primarily passive income every month.

This system made me swear off MLM for good because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

What Is Younique?

Younique is a skincare and beauty products MLM company based in the United States.

The MLM company, which is based in Lehi, Utah, was founded in 2012 by CEO Derek Maxfield and Co-Founder Melanie Huscroft.

Between 2017 and 2019, Coty, Inc. held 60% of Younique.

As a result of the acquisition, Coty’s revenue increased in 2018, while Younique’s revenue increased by double digits in the second quarter.

However, Younique’s product sales and revenues decreased year after year in 2019, with Coty accusing the decline of decreasing hype, a complicated business structure, growing customer knowledge of the risks of MLM scams, and Facebook’s algorithm upgrades.

Coty said in August 2019 that it will be ending its relationship with Younique, citing the fact that Younique was “clearly different” from the rest of Coty’s businesses.

Coty plans to sell its majority stake in Younique to the brand’s original founders as soon as regulatory approval is received, according to the company.

The terms of the exit have not be made public.

How Younique Started

How Younique Started

Maxfield and Melanie Huscroft, siblings, founded Younique with the goal of making it a mission-driven company that would fund The Younique Foundation, which helps survivors of childhood sexual trauma in finding healing and hope.

After 12 years of developing software for industry leaders, Derek wanted to take advantage of the untapped opportunities he saw in the direct selling business model.

Derek’s passion is to give a simple digital experience in a traditional sales setting.

Younique does this through social marketing and virtual parties, rather than a typical home party environment.

He appreciates creating simple yet powerful mobile technology that allows Younique Presenters to run their entire business from the convenience of their mobile device, at any time and from any location.

Melanie teamed up with her brother and collaborated to develop a whole new direct selling experience.

Younique has benefited from Melanie’s expertise in advertisement, art, marketing, purchasing, and sales, as well as her flair for fashion and beauty, since its inception.

Is Younique Cosmetics Going Out Of Business?

The law, on the other hand, states that makeup cannot be “adulterated” or “misbranded.”

Customers must be safe when they are used according to the label’s directions or in the usual or intended manner, and they must be correctly labeled.

Is Younique A Pyramid Scheme?

Most people do not make a lot of money from the MLM business because the products are pricey and you must sell $125 worth every four months.

Any distributor who does not sell this amount of merchandise must buy it themselves.

This means that the only way to make a lot of money with Younique is to recruit other “presenters,” making it similar to a pyramid scheme in disguise.

So, Is Younique A Pyramid Scheme?

Yes and no.

Consider Wikipedia’s definition of a pyramid scheme:

So, Is Younique A Pyramid Scheme

Younique is not a pyramid scam, based on that description, because they have things that they market and sell.

Despite the fact that the vast majority of MLMs offer legitimate products or services, some MLMs sell excessively expensive, difficult-to-sell products and then require their members to sell a particular amount (quota) each month.

This means that the only way they can make decent money or avoid losing is to recruit more people to the company.

Although Younique “presenters” (also known as distributors, associates, or consultants) may earn money by selling the company’s overpriced products, the presenters must recruit more people in the company to make good money.

When it comes to starting a business, though, you have a much better option.

Even if you’re dead set on becoming a multilevel marketer, it looks like Younique MLM isn’t the best option.

Keep in mind that I am not paid in any way to promote the programs I review. MLM is a great business model, in my opinion, however, you may be leaving a lot of money on the table.

job vs mlm

It is completely possible to build a profitable, successful network marketing business… but it’s really not the best route

My #1 pick proves this.

And unlike Younique MLM, it actually provides real proof of genuine success from real people as recently as a few days ago.

Is A Pyramid Scheme Bad?

Some companies claim to be in multi-level marketing when they are actually operating a pyramid scheme.

Even though a multi-level program does not violate the law, the Consumer Protection Act may be violated if the activities, methods, or practices utilized to sell the plan are unfair, unconscionable, or deceptive.

It’s reasonable that people have a hard time telling the difference between a legitimate multi-level marketing opportunity and a pyramid scheme.

Government officials and industry leaders are always arguing where the legal boundaries should be placed.

MLM is a legal and authorized business model in which a network of independent representatives sells consumer products.

The primary source of compensation must be the sale of products and services to the consumer.

Pyramid schemes claim to offer products to consumers and pretend as a multi-level marketing company.

However, little to no effort is put into marketing the product.

Instead, in a classic pyramid scheme, money is made by recruiting people to advertise the program.

New “distributors” are frequently forced to buy inventory or overpriced products/services when they sign up.

Entrance fees are frequently disguised as the cost of required training, computer services, or product inventories by pyramid companies, who generate practically all of their money by signing up new members.

Pyramid schemes are not only ineffective, but they also waste money and effort.

Pyramid schemes frequently fail once the pool of possible recruits grows reduced, as they rely on the recruitment of new members to generate money (market saturation).

Except for a few at the very top of the pyramid, the majority of people lose money when the scheme collapses.

How Much Do Younique Reps Make?

White, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, and Black are the eight-color ranks that define the commission status of presenters in the Younique Royalties Program.

Presenters’ status is determined by the following factors:

  • Personal Retail Sales (PRS) – are products that you have sold on your own.
  • CWS (Company Wholesale Sales) – products that are sold through the downline
  • Number of presenters you recruited personally
  • Number of presenters your downline recruited

Let’s begin with your commission rate (also known as Retail Royalties):

When you look at the top line in the image above, you can see that a White Presenter earns 20%, which jumps to 30% after you reach Black Presenter status.

Once you reach Pink rank, you’ll start earning commissions from your downline (aka Circle Royalties, First Generation Royalties, etc).

Now for the more confusing part of the compensation plan:

CIRCLE ROYALTIES – the money you get when someone you’ve personally recruited (your downline) sells Younique products.

FIRST-GENERATION ROYALTIES – a percentage of the revenue you receive when a member of your downline joins your business and sells products (e.g. your recruit starts her own downline and achieves Green status).

SECOND GENERATION ROYALTIES – The money you receive when a member of your first generation downline recruits someone to sell Younique products.

THIRD GENERATION ROYALTIES –  you get a percentage of the income when the second generation recruits a product salesperson.

What Is the Compensation Plan’s Bottom Line?

The number of people you recruit and how many of them go on to recruit others determines the percentage of royalties you receive (which can range from 3-6%).

How Much Can A Younique Green Presenter Make?

You must sell $500 per month, have three eligible presenters (each of whom must sell $125 per month), and total circle sales of $2000 per month to achieve Green Status.

Your business must, however, have a wholesale revenue ceiling of $10,000.

This is the total sales for everyone on your team, including those you sponsored as well as those below them.

When you achieve Green status, your commission jumps to 30%, plus you earn an extra 5% on circle sales.

This leaves you with a 3% commission on the remaining profits, which we refer to as first-generation sales.

The bare minimum you can be paid as a Green status presenter is $490.

To help you better understand this earning, here’s a sample calculation:

  • Personal Sales: $500 x 0.30 = $150
  • Circle Sales: $2000 x 0.05 = $100
  • 1st Gen. Sales: $8000 x 0.03 = $240
  • Total: $150 + $100 + $240 = $490

You can definitely make money with Younique MLM, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become a Younique Presenter (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money.

The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000+ per month teaches some of the same network marketing skills but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.

Who Is The Highest Paid Younique Presenter?

Amber Voight, of Elk River, Minnesota, is the highest-paid Younique presenter, with 9,000 team members and $1,200,000 in sales in May 2014.

Amber Voight is a Black Presenter, the highest level of pay in the Younique Compensation plan.

Can You Really Make Money With Younique?

Yes, You can!

But…

There’s a lot that comes along with Network Marketing (MLM) that many people struggle with.

In fact, check out these Top 5 Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail.

Now, don’t get me wrong…

You can certainly make money with MLM, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.

The program that helped skyrocket my online business to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online?

make money online

Our review team has came across a game-changing program in the real estate industry!

It’s all digital, even if it’s not real estate in the traditional sense.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Scalability is an area where Younique MLM falls short.

There’s only so much time in a day, and you can only sell to so many individuals on your own.

MLM companies are well aware of this. That’s why they make it so difficult for you to recruit for your downline… As a one-person show, you won’t be able to make a lot of money.

But what if you could generate even more money from small local websites without spending hundreds of dollars on expensive products or spending a lot of time recruiting individuals to sell for you?

You may make recurring monthly income with our digital real estate program without having to constantly sell to your friends or recruit new members!

Does it seem too good to be true?

It certainly does!

However, this isn’t the case…

In fact, many business owners wish they have this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website, then forward the job listings to a local business owner, or even email them!

This works for any service-based business, including tree service, plumbing, towing, and so on.

How and how much do you get paid?

It’s simple, when you have forwarded the jobs to a business owner and he has profited from them, you simply ask to make the deal mutually beneficial.

10-20% is a reasonable price to charge per lead, depending on the industry…

Let’s take the tree service industry as an example and assume the worst-case scenario.

Suppose you build and rank the site, but only receive 10 jobs per month. The average tree service job costs between $500 and $2000!

That means you have a monthly asset worth at least $500!

See why it’s now referred to as “digital real estate”? That is a monthly rent payment.

The best part is how simple it is to scale. You don’t need to be concerned about:

  • Your upline getting paid before you
  • Begging your friends and family to buy from you
  • Recruiting people all the time

On the other hand, with Younique MLM… You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…

The course we recommend allows you to take advantage of HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS.

This is really passive income!

Making money online is taken to a whole new level with this training program. With the occasional voice over while he is sharing his screen, the program’s owner leads you through how to develop and rank a site hand in hand.

You’ll discover the importance of keywords, the name of your website, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, and more.

After completing the training program, you will have access to a Facebook group that, in our opinion, is so much nicer to the Younique MLM group. This is a lot more active group.

Unlike Younique MLM, where you might receive $10 each sale, you could be getting 50-100X THAT.

Scott is crushing it!

A business will always wish more leads and another job. It doesn’t matter that the job isn’t related to their website name; they recognize it for what it is…expanding digital real estate.

In comparison to Younique MLM, more people have been able to leave their 9-5 jobs.

Digital real estate allows you to earn a full-time income while spending the majority of your time with your friends rather than selling to them.

Now, I’m sure you have a lot of questions…

So, check this out to learn more.
