Rain International Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Involved in Several Scandals
Rain International distributors were exposed in 2018 for selling expired products in Nigeria, and the company’s founder and its VP of Operations Casey Whitaker were involved. They were reported to be the ones who requested the shipment.
The following year, a former Rain International distributor revealed a lab test that proved his allegations that the products were nothing more than colored water with sugar.

#2 Expensive products
Their products are far too pricey for products with supposedly little nutritional benefit and no FDA approval.
To receive all of your daily nutrients, you just need commercial multivitamins and minerals, as well as commercial health supplements for people looking to lose weight.
They are less expensive and have been shown to be more effective.
#3 Autoship Requirements
In their compensation plan video, you’ll be urged to sign up for a monthly autoship in order to receive commissions and other benefits.
Autoships may be a concern since they typically result in more physical inventory and, as a result, you end up losing more money rather than making more.

With all of the problems surrounding this MLM company, I don’t think there’s anything positive that could save or turn this rating around.
Is Rain International an MLM or a pyramide scheme?
Rain International is a legit MLM company, however there have been claims that expired products were pushed into Nigeria and then resold there.
The compensation plan is complicated, and the company’s income tax reports are unpublished.
Despite the fact that this business appears to be a genuine MLM, there is no certainty of making a real profit.
Rain International is not a pyramid scheme. Even if the company is not in accordance with the law, the compensation plan is hard to understand, and an income report is not available.
Is Rain International a Scam?
Rain International is not a scam or pyramid scheme, but it’s not something I’d recommend as a full-time source of income.
- A few controversies have afflicted this company, and they represent the way they do business.
- As evidenced by their previous distributor’s test results, they are known to replace colored water and sugar products.
- There’s nothing good about autoship requirements.
Overall, they’re not all that great in terms of how they work.

There are actually quite a few MLM companies out there to choose from if you really serious about this industry. Here are just a few:
Final thoughts
I am pretty disappointed with Rain International. I mean, I realize things could have been worse.
It is horrible that they continue to resell these. Consider what would happen to someone who consumed it in any way.
The issue with that flagship device appears to be true. There are many people that believe in it.
This is not a good business model, regardless of the company’s past.
The fact that the company does not disclose the compensation plan raises a red flag for me.
They appear to be trying to hide something. When we look at another MLM company, we see that they have disclosed their income statement, despite only a few people making a good living.
I’m not suggesting network marketing isn’t effective.
In general, it is effective. However, none of the MLMs I am aware of place an emphasis on good training and education. It’s all about recruiting, and the products are simply a bonus because, let’s face it, recruiting is the only way to earn money in MLM.
Good for you if you prefer to sell the products.
But, once again, the products are, in my opinion, quite limited. You can’t move to a new product until you entirely change the company.
