Nature Sunshine MLM Review

It’s another one of those making money online programs that is centered around selling a saturated membership that supposedly makes you money by selling other people’s expensive product kits.

It is promoted by almost every distributor in hopes that they can recruit and make money off your sales. Yep, you read that right…

They want you to join so you can help make them more money.

It’s supposed to show you how to become a “6 figure network marketer” but most members don’t make money promoting other products.

That’s just the truth…you won’t get rich off a small $6 commission

If you want to really get rich online, (at an average of $1,500 per sale PER MONTH), check out our #1 recommendation here.

Natures Sunshine does come with some very helpful information to make money online and land some massive commission checks…

But it’s training and business model are outdated.

At the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Nature Sunshine and network marketing in general.

And most importantly, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made me swear off network marketing for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

But more on that later.

For now let’s hop into all things Natures Sunshine!

What is Nature’s Sunshine?

Gene Hughes and Kristine Hughes founded Nature’s Sunshine, a health and wellness Multi-Level-Marketing company, in 1972. As a result, it is considered one of the first MLM companies in the health industry.

They began with the goal of assisting people in leading healthier lives. As a result, they experimented with different herbs and encapsulated them in capsules and tablets.

This then led to the industry being innovated and their business prospering. It didn’t take long for their company’s sales and popularity to skyrocket.

Nature’s Sunshine is now one of the most well-known and reputable health companies, offering a wide range of vitamins, health supplements and other related products.

They also own a Hughes Center for Research and Innovation, which is made up of medical professionals, scientists, and cutting-edge biological research technology.

You might then wonder…

Is Nature’s Sunshine a pyramid scheme?

Nature’s Sunshine is not a pyramid scheme. Because of their decades of experience, the company is legit, legal, and has a very good reputation in the industry.

Their members can also make money by selling instead of relying solely on recruitment.

Nonetheless, it is worthwhile to question whether or not you’ll make life changing money with it…

Success is rare with Nature’s Sunshine

When you’re stuck in an MLM, it’s difficult to achieve any kind of success.

Various studies have shown that between 72.5% and 99.9% of members are losing money.

According to studies, 99%of MLM members lose money

This is due to the sales quotas that these MLMs have in place, which require members to sell a certain number of products in order to receive the commissions they have earned.

If they do not do this, they will be forced to buy the products for themselves.

This is why members are spending a lot of their own money before they can get their first recruit

In fact, many people quit the business for this very reason.

They hate having to rely on recruiting people to make any REAL money in the space.

That’s why I personally like a business where I can run it by myself, set it, and forget it.

How does Nature’s Sunshine Work?

Nature’s Sunshine makes money by selling organic and all-natural health and wellness products.

Aside from that, the company has an affiliate program in which anyone can participate.

As a result of becoming one, they will be able to sell their products and earn commissions.

It sounds pretty good, but the company actually benefits a lot from it because they save millions of dollars on the supposed marketing campaign because their members only do it for small commissions…

Nature’s Sunshine products

Nature Sunshine Product Line

Before you join the company, it is important that you learn more about their products. This way, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting yourself into. This will also make the difficult process easier for you.

Nature’s Sunshine sells herbal health and wellness products that are all-natural. Their best-sellers include:

  • Collatrim ($26) – A vitamin supplement in the form of a capsule. Because of its hydrolyzed collagen, this improves skin and joint health. It also provides your body with small peptides, amino acids, and collagen, all of which make you feel younger and more lively.
  • Rejuvenaid ($65) – A bottle of dietary supplement with 30 stick packets. It increases energy and improves cardiovascular health. This also helps you lose body fat and become more fit and healthy.
  • CleanStart Cleanse ($53) – A bottle of dietary supplement with 56 packets. This cleanses and detoxifies your body. It also helps your digestive system and keeps your body’s natural levels in check.

However, you should be aware that Nature’s Sunshine isn’t the only company selling such items.

In fact, hundreds, if not thousands, of other companies sell supplements similar to theirs.

Here are a few examples:

  • Total Life Changes
  • Zurvita
  • Vemma
  • Usana
  • Anovite
  • CorVive
  • QuiAri
  • Juice Plus
  • Immunotec
  • Juuva
  • 4Life
  • Carelumina

What strikes me is that they all claim to sell a unique type of health product.

There may be some differences, but they are essentially the same. They only differ in their names, packaging, and branding.

Regardless, we know that Nature’s Sunshine will continue to claim that they are unique.

And, if so, what distinguishes them?

Nature’s Sunshine flagship product

Nature Sunshine Solstic Revive 30 Packets

Solstic Revive ($38) – A vitamin supplement in a bottle with 30 packets.

This product contains glucosamine, which promotes joint, bone, and muscle health. It also improves nerve function, hydration and muscular development, resulting in a healthier, stronger, and more energetic you.

Can you make money with Nature’s Sunshine?

Of course, yes. Nature’s Sunshine can be profitable. But it’s not going to be easy.

but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become a network marketer (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money.

The program that helped skyrocket our online business to $40,000+ per month teaches some of the same MLM skills, but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.

How to make money with Nature’s Sunshine

Make money by doing the following 2 things:

  • Sell Nature’s Sunshine products
  • Recruit people to join Nature’s Sunshine.

It’s also worth noting that you can earn bonuses from the sales of your downline members.

It’s like you get a bonus for every new recruit…

How much does it cost to join Nature’s Sunshine?

Members pay a $40 subscription fee to Nature’s Sunshine.

The good thing about this is that you can waive the $40, or get it back, if you buy $40 worth of products.

Aside from that, you have the option of subscribing to their programs:

  • In.Form Coach ($550) – Get a certificate for being a Nature’s Sunshine official health coach.
  • Online Training ($400) – Learn the basics and  strategies for becoming a Nature’s Sunshine member and agent.

These are not required. However, it is recommended that you go through any of them in order to make later sales of the products easier…

Nature’s Sunshine monthly cost

The great thing about Nature’s Sunshine is that there are no sales targets.

So, the expenses you’ll have to pay in the first year are…

  • $40
  • $400-$550

Minimum costs for year 1 = $440-$590

However, keep in mind that this does not yet include the product bundles that you will purchase and eventually sell.

Other expenses, such as marketing, training, and miscellaneous expenses, have yet to be included…

Nature’s Sunshine compensation plan

An overview of Nature's Sunshine Compensation Plan

Compensation plans for MLM companies are complicated. And one of them is Nature’s Sunshine. But don’t worry, because I’m going to make things easier for you…

Nature’s Sunshine has two types of compensation plans. They are as follows:

  • Classic Plan – Earn a 12% commission on each product you sell. You also earn commissions ranging from 10% to 1% on your Level 1 to Level 5 downlines.
  • Legacy Plan – Earn a 10% commission on every product you sell. You also receive commissions ranging from 10% to 5% to 1% from your Level 1 to Level 7 downlines.

And here are some more specific ways to profit from Nature’s Sunshine:

  • Smart Start Bonus – Earn a 10% to 30% commission on the first order of a newly recruited member. This is determined by your current rank and level.
  • Promotion Bonus – Once you’ve been promoted to Regional Manager, you can earn anywhere between $250 and $1,000.

The following is their Classic compensation plan:

And here’s their Legacy compensation plan

Looks confusing, right?

However, this is common in MLMs because they create complex compensation plans with strange terms and fancy acronyms.

Is Nature’s Sunshine a scam?

Nature Sunshine- not a scam

Nature’s Sunshine is not a scam because it is a legit company that sells medically proven and healthy products and pays its members on time.

However, some members are dissatisfied because they know it is difficult for them to sell the products and they spend more money on the subscription fee and coaching seminars.

As a result, they label Nature’s Sunshine a scam.

Is this the case?

Let’s find it by understanding the company’s pros and cons so you can make an informed decision…

What I like about Nature’s Sunshine

What I like about Nature Sunshine

#1 No sales quota

The best part about Nature’s Sunshine is that there are no sales quotas.

Because most MLMs have one, this is quite uncommon. This means you don’t have to sell a set number of things in order to make money…

#2 Positive product reviews

The first thing I personally liked about Nature’s Sunshine is that its products have received a lot of positive feedback.

Take a look at this…

Positive Customer Feedback about Nature's Sunshine Products

As you can see, a large number of customers are happy with their products because they are effective and some even say that they also have excellent customer service.

#3 Established reputation

The majority of MLMs don’t last more than 5 years.

Nature’s Sunshine, on the other hand, is unique in that they have been in business since 1972, more than 4 decades.

That’s a total of 48 years in business.

This shows that the company will be there for a long time…

What I don’t like about Nature’s Sunshine

What i don't like about Nature Sunshine

#1 Expensive products

Nature’s Sunshine has a great selection of products.

However, they are expensive.

In fact, there are also plenty of other brands that sell the same products, have great ratings, and are more affordable…

A list of alternative brands that are comparable to Nature Sunshine

Customers will undoubtedly prefer these to whatever Nature’s Sunshine is selling.

#2 Lacks income disclosure

Nature’s Sunshine does not have an income disclosure to show how much money their members make.

Even if we know the company is already established, this is significant. As a result, there’s no way for us to estimate how much money we’ll make as a member…

#3 Saturated market

The health and wellness niche is already saturated.

There are plenty of other MLMs that sell the same products. This implies that when it comes to selling, you must compete with all of the other companies…

#4 Is Nature’s Sunshine a pyramid scheme in disguise?

I can’t exactly prove it, or legally say it, but plenty of other people have tried to make that argument.

The reason for this is that the more individuals you recruit into the company, the more money you make.

Here’s how it works in their system…

An illustration of how a pyramid scheme works

This is due to the fact that you can earn commissions from all of your members.

So, while you can make money by selling things on your own, you can also make money by recruiting others…

#5 Downward trend

Checkout what Google Trends showed me…

Nature Sunshine downward google trend

As you can see, the number of persons interested in Nature’s Sunshine is decreasing.

This implies that you’ll have a hard time selling the products afterwards…

My opinion – Nature’s Sunshine

Nature’s Sunshine is a legit company that has been in business for many years. They have a good reputation and sell high-quality health products.

But here’s the point…they’re too expensive.

And what do I have to say about the business opportunity?

The only way to make a lot of money and earn a nice living is to recruit as many members as possible.

And you’re continuing doing it even though you already know the members you’ll attract will lose money…

Knowing that you are only persuading others to join because of the promise of financial joy does not seem right.

There are many other great business options out there…

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online?

our #1 recommendation for making money online 2021

Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!

Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Where Nature’s Shine falls short is in scalability.

There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.

MLM companies know this! Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.

But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?

With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!

Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!

This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.

How do you get paid and how much?

Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.

A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.

Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!

That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!

See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.

The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:

Your upline getting paid before you

Begging your friends and family to buy from you

Recruiting people all the time

Remember Nature’s Shine? You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…

The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!

The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.

You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.

Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Nature’s Shine MLM group in my opinion. This group is much more active.

Unlike Nature’s Shine, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.

Nathan Crowe

A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.

Unlike Nature’s Shine, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.

Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.

Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…

So, check this out to learn more.
